Dog Loving Family Available at Weekends
Pet care experience
Both me and my partner Ryan have grown up with dogs for over 10 years. We have now got our own home and two beautiful dogs who love other dogs. We have experience with both older dogs, puppies, small dogs and large dogs. Although we obviously look after our dogs one way, our way might not be right for other peoples pets so we go off what the dogs owner has specified they want for their pet whether that be longer/shorter walks, more/less feeding times or if you'd rather they not be allowed on furniture so they don't get in the habit its completely what the owner feels is right for their fur baby. I am in training to be a qualified dog groomer and have experience washing, drying and styling dogs in a basic way. I can neaten up, shave down and trim fur, if this is something your interested in while your pet stays with us let us know.

Errol was a little nervous when we dropped him off but Sammy sent photos and he had completely settled in, he had a great time! We will be booking again!
Sammy & her partner looked after Trey on a 2-night stay, They catered very well for timings and nothing was too much of a problem. I could tell my pooch had been very well looked after and would definitely use them again, lovely people :)
What can I say about Sammy? She was absolutely amazing, Sammy looked after my baby overnight whilst I was getting married, she sent me regular updates and pictures of Yogi, she even let him keep a toy that he fell in love with and has kept it with him since he got home , she was patient with Yogi and took to his feeding and walking routine easily. we were able to choose the times for drop of and pick up and they were ready for us, they are a fantastic couple and yogi settle with them very well, he had a couple of accidents in their home but they were absolutely fine with this and said it’s normal for dogs to do so I’m new environments.

We have a small fenced garden that we use to let them out for wee breaks although we do find some dogs aren't comfortable weeing in the garden and in that case we take then to the park 20 seconds away for a quick wee break in-between walks.

If a dog had any behavioural or medical issues I would like to know as far in advance as possible so I can make sure I’m prepared! We also like to ask a few set questions surrounding their routine, diet and any rules set in place for them at home so we can try emulate their home life as best as possible.
A typical day
We love to take our dogs out to the park at the weekend for a good run around. Our elderly dog sometimes likes to run with us and sometimes jogs behind. We play enrichments games like hide the treat and the various brain games that we bought including the press the button game. There is a secure field near our home that we also like to use!

Availability
Having 2 dogs of our own already dog sitting fits perfectly into our lives as we already have a routine based surrounding caring for and loving our own dogs. Me and My partner typically work 9-5 Monday to Friday, however we both have flexibility to work from home so we can have dogs dropped off as early as Friday and picked up on Mondays. With enough notice we can accommodate dog sitting jobs over week days but we cant take these last minute due to having to make arrangements with work. We tend to have very quiet weekends that usually consist of dog walks and chilling out so another dog to care for will fit well into our weekends. We have 2 gorgeous doggies of our own anyway so more dogs into our lives only means more dog cuddles. We take multiple walks a day and have 2 feeding sessions and regular potty breaks so more dogs fits perfectly into how we already go through our day with our dogs.
