Large yard and work from home!
Pet care experience
I have had dogs for the past 15 years, and I grew up with dogs, horses, cats and more. I have experienced just about everything there is to experience when it comes to dogs!
Reviews
Sammi was absolutely great to work with! Angel really likes her, her family, and her beautiful Poodle! We will definitely be booking with her more in the future!
So great! Sent pictures and I know my puppy had a great time

We have a big goofy standard poodle. If your dog likes to play then it will get loads of exercise running around the back yard with our goof. While I do accept puppies I ask that your dog be fully vaccinated and over the age of 6 months. With our yard becoming a place for many dogs I would not want a puppy to catch something that an adult dog is vaccinated for! We have a cat that can be put away if your dog is cat aggressive but you do need to let me know ahead of time. If your dog is dog aggressive or child aggressive then our home is not the home for them. If an issue with aggression comes up I will have to terminate the stay immediately for the safety of our daughter. Our big boy Dante is full of energy so no worries if your dog is too, we are used to it! My grandmother has a dog who is disabled and prefers to just be a total couch potato so I am also used to that! I had toy poodles before getting our standard so I am used to different energy levels and dogs who like to bark. Our pet sitter kennels our dog for feedings, which is something I will also practice with boardings just to prevent any resource guarding, so if you have a kennel please bring it for feedings. If you do not then I can put our dog away when your dog eats. Your dog will be welcome on the couch and maybe even the bed if we can all fit! Our fence is a 6 ft privacy fence except for a small stretch in the front that is a 4ft wooden fence. If your dog likes to jump fences let me know and I will make sure they are never unsupervised. I generally sit on the back patio when my dog is out anyways but it is nice to know what dogs are escape artists! I fully recommend a trail night where you leave your dog for a night knowing that you will be available to pick them up if they become aggressive or something prevents me from being able to watch them. This is not a requirement, just a suggestion! If you know you have a sweet dog then no worries at all. If you are unsure how your dog is around kids then it may be something worth trying.

Information Sammi S. would like to know about your pet
I need to know if your dog is cat aggressive. I need to know your dogs feeding schedule. I need to know if you prefer your dog to be kenneled throughout the night. Anything else you think is relevant let me know!
A typical day
I play a lot of fetch with my dog. We do go on walks too, but as it is really hot lately I do not do that as often as I used to because of the hot pavement! An afternoon walk is something we could do with your dog though!

Availability
I work from home and so does my husband. We may take the occasional short trip out to grab dinner, but for the most part we are home. My dog does not handle being kenneled well just because we are almost always home, so for the fur babies who just don't like the kennel we are a great fit!
