I have used Rover for about a year and have had nothing but good experiences with the sitters I have previously worked with so leaving this review is hard. This is the first time I chose a sitter that was not willing to stay with Zola (my dog) overnight, which was completely fine. Prior to me confirming the reservation, I had confirmed what times she would be at the home in the morning and what time she would be leaving at night. I also requested that she let me know when she would arrive and would leave. Sami agreed to this so I felt comfortable going with her. During the time Sami was sitting, I had to reach out on several occasions to see how Zola was doing and to check in to see whether she had arrived. There were a couple of days she had arrived closer to 10am and left at around 6:30pm, which was not agreed upon (especially because I had made it clear that Zola was not used to being left alone for such long periods of time). I was very disappointed to see that Zola was left alone during periods of time Sami said she would be there.

Sami was awesome! She was great with communication and sent pictures of my dogs. I would definitely recommend her and will book with her again!
