Pet care experience
My boyfriend, Mike, and I LOVE dogs and getting to meet new breeds and new personalities! Help me convince him to get a second dog for our golden retriever, Maggie. I work full time at UCF, but his job recently went remote so he is home during the day and could use the company! We typically lay low on the weekends and would love to give your dog as normal of a routine as possible while you're away! We typically go on a walk after work, but we have a fenced in yard and a dog park in the neighborhood for dogs with extra energy. Available anytime on weekends for drop in visits as well for those who work during the weekend! I also know how stressful it is leaving your beloved pet with a stranger, so I promise to provide plenty of photos and updates! We want you and your pet to feel as comfortable as possible, so we will do whatever we can to make it a fun vacation!

Samantha and Mike were excellent with my dog (Kali) for our first overnight stay. Kali was well taken care of and Samantha communicated well to ensure I had no worries and she and Mike were so kind. And I can tell Kali had a great time with them and their golden Maggie!
Samantha took good care of bolt. He seems happy when I picked him. Wish I could have got more pics and videos.
Samantha took all three of our dogs and sent lots of pictures with the dogs relaxing with her. It made me feel good that all our dogs could stay together while were away.
Samantha kept us informed with pictures while we away. We felt secure knowing our dog was in a safe, loving home, allowing us to relax and enjoy our beach break!

I am more than willing to accommodate the schedule your dog has when he or she is home with you and will try to keep it as consistent as possible! I give my full attention to your pet when they stay with me to make sure they stay happy, healthy, and comfortable!

I really make being a dog person a huge part of my personality. I don't mind if a dog gives me a hug or licks my face because it's just showing they like me. I want to keep things as normal as possible for your pet because I know mine can be anxious in a new environment. If you want us to work on not jumping on furniture, we will. You tell me what you need, and I'll do everything I can to keep it consistent.
A typical day
Absolutely willing to go on runs or to the dog park if your dog needs more exercise! My typical schedule with my dog is a 30 minute walk in the morning and 10 minutes of play in the backyard before I head to work. My boyfriend works from home, so he can handle any mid-day potty breaks or extra pets. After work, I monitor her energy level to see if she wants a walk or to go to the dog park. We typically go every other day to play fetch, but I let her outside as much as needed in the back yard to potty or run around. We share dog toys in my house and have about 30 tennis balls stuck under the couch, so whatever your dog wants to do, I can make it happen!

Availability
I take my dog on a walk every single morning and provide about 10-15 minutes of play time outside in the back yard before I head to work. My boyfriend works from home, so he’s here to make sure they go outside whenever they need to, and always have enough water. We try to go to the dog park at least every other day, but can adjust as needed depending on the energy level of your dog!
