As a caregiver, I believe it is important to be attentive and dependable. When thinking about work ethic, I value structure and consistency. My goals as a Rover sitter are not only to encompass all of those characteristics, but also getting to know and building trust with your pet(s). From there, I will be able to recognize their needs and respond to them, both patiently and thoughtfully. Schedules and other things do not always happen according to plan.
