Pet care experience
I am a work from home employee who has been a resident in the city for over 3 years. I've been a dog owner my whole life but since moving to the city, I haven't had the chance to get a pet of my own here. I grew up riding horses and working on a farm that had all different kinds of animals that we tended to so I am not afraid of big dogs at all. All sizes welcome:). I love to exercise and usually plan to take the dogs I care for (those of able ability) on 2-4 mile long walks over the course of the day. I have been a care giver on rover for over 2.5 years and have LOVED every second of it. I am really looking forward to taking care of your pup and reach out whenever you need with questions! :)

Samantha provided amazing care for my cat Frankie! Frankie had never been boarded before so I was nervous for how it would go, and Samantha ensured that she felt safe and comfortable and she settled in very quickly! She got to play and got lots of love and cuddles from Samantha, and Samantha provided plenty of updates for my anxious cat mom self! Will definitely be reaching out again in the future :)
What a treat to find someone as thoughtful and professional as Samantha - communication was clear and timely, walk/playtime was plentiful, and pup had a blast. Highly recommend.

I have taken care of physically disable pups (operating with 3 legs/ utilizing a prosthetic), dogs with severe anxious attachment and anxiety, as well as elderly pups.
A typical day
I enjoy frequenting the dog park, long strolls through GGP, soaking up the sunlight in my backyard, and getting to the beach when the weather is nice!

With my WFH schedule- I have lots of additional time to play, cuddle & care for your pup! I will take your dog on 4-5 walks throughout the day ensuring they get adequate exercise and a restful night sleep.
