Pet care experience
I have been dog sitting/walking for 12+ years and had the pleasure of taking care of many different breeds of all shapes and sizes! I also have extensive experience with puppies and senior dogs who may need extra assistance from time to time. I am here to accommodate to you and your dogs' needs. Your dogs' safety and happiness are my only priorities - PERIOD! I'm able to administer oral medication and follow any schedules you may have around said medication or feeding; I used to take care of a Greyhound named Joe who had Epilepsy & required different medicine at certain intervals throughout the day so I understand how crucial these schedules can be! I live in Lincoln Park and have a 4 year old Husky/Shepherd Mix named Dublin and a cat named Lunchbox. At this time, I am available for walks, drop-in visits and pet sitting at your home/apartment. I am open to boarding small to medium sized dogs in my home for day care (2-6 hour stays) and would ask that we do a drop-in visit / playdate to make sure everybody is happy together. I can guarantee your pup will get at least 2 walks per day, always have fresh water and of course get lots of love! My goal is for you to have peace of mind while you are away from your home and pets. I can't wait to meet you and your fur babies! :)

I have known Samantha for a very long time and there is absolutely no one else I’d trust my 4 legged family members with! She is the absolute most trustworthy, professional, kind, pet loving person I’ve ever known! I truly think my dogs might prefer her over me sometimes ha! She goes above abs beyond to make sure the owners are kept up to date and in the loop with anything happening and makes sure your pets are well taken care of :) you can do no better than her!
Sammie is GREAT! She is always on time and we can always count on her. We have had her stay at our house for a long weekend and she does hour let outs. She has a love for our dogs like we do. We are so happy we found her! Our dogs just LOVE her and can't wait to see her. Thanks - Canela & Santo

I have a 4 year old Husky/Shepherd mix named Dublin. He is very sweet and friendly and LOVES to play! He is crate trained and will happily hangout in the crate if your dog prefers peace and quiet or isn't in the mood to play. I do not have a fenced in yard but I live within walking distance of several parks and I typically take Dublin out 3-4 times a day. We are BIG walkers! :)

I love all breeds and have no preferences or restrictions. I'd like to know if your dog is food "aggressive" for the safety of your pup and I. I always ask if you allow your pet(s) on furniture at home (couches, bed, etc) because I don't want to enforce "bad" habits and I will happily accommodate their routines and training. If your pups are allowed on the couch and bed even better - Who doesn't love cuddles?!
A typical day
I do not have a fenced in yard but I live within walking distance of several parks and I typically take Dublin out 3-4 times a day. I am also within walking distance of "Wiggly Field" Dog Park (Sheffield and Schubert).

Availability
I am currently working part-time from home so I will have plenty of to spend time with your pet(s). If you are interested in daycare service (2-6 hour stays), I am available Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. For walks and drop-in visits, I can typically accommodate any time** during the week and on weekends. **Time(s) dependent on whether or not I have existing daycare reservations, but my schedule usually allows for some flexibility**
