Samantha was nice, came in for a meet and greet and we loved her. She asked us if her boyfriend could come over as well and we said it was ok, this should of been our first red flag. On the day our service started, she never let us know she had arrived, just asked for the wifi password. We had to get in touch with her multiple times to have her lock the door as we continued getting notifications that she was leaving the doors unlocked. We tried locking the door via the app several times but she would immediately unlock it which caused us to feel uneasy. She only sent pictures of our fur babies twice and only because we asked. She never checked in with us to let us know how they were doing either. She asked for us to leave instructions but completely ignored them. We specifically told her she cannot allow the cats in the bedroom and find out she left the door open so the cats had free reign in the room. When we got home, we had dirty dishes in the sink, our cats had no food (a bowl usually last a full day so we know she never refilled it, poor babies were starving), and found one of our cats had been locked in our bedroom for more than 6 hours. This unfortunately meant he peed and pooped in multiple areas of our bedroom. Again, she never let us know she had left our house and found the back door was left unlocked. This experience left us with horrible anxiety on our weekend getaway. She is very nice but her service is not great at all and we felt she just does this to have a place to spend a night or two with her partner. Will not book again or recommend.
