Pet care experience
Hi my name is Sammy, and my family has had dogs since I was a baby. We've always adopted old dogs in the past which has given me the great opportunity to learn how to handle dogs of different sizes, and different breeds. This year we adopted a puppy which has broadened my experience taking care of a younger dog. I'm currently in college and I work 15 hours a week, so my schedule is pretty clear otherwise. I love to take dogs on walks and runs, I do very well with special feeding and care instructions (as many of our elderly dogs had these as well), and I would treat your animals like my own. They would not be short on love and care!

Sammy is amazing! From our initial contact to the meet and greet, she was professional and friendly. I immediately knew I had made the right choice. I have three dogs ranging in age from 8 to 16., with one having a slight physical disability. They are not accustomed to having a dog sitter so I was worried about their reaction. Right away it was as if my guys had known Sammy forever. During the visits Sammy was so reassuring about how they were doing with detailed texts and pictures. It made my time away even more enjoyable knowing they were well taken care of. When I got home of course they were thrilled to see me, but they had such a calm reaction and I almost felt like they were looking for Sammy! I know there are many choices out there for sitters in my area, but please look no further! Sammy will be my go to sitter from now on! THANK YOU!

I would like to know about your pet before I sit them. I love all dogs; however, I love in a very urban area so knowing how your dog reacts to strangers and people walking by is very important to me, I would never want my house to be the cause of stress for your pet.
A typical day
My house offers many amenities for your pet! Although I don't have a yard I live just minutes from the Rail Trail and will always welcome a four legged walking or jogging buddy, there is a large area of grass just outside of my front door, my favorite coffee shop allows dog visits so as long as your furry friend is ok with strangers we'll pay them a visit, and we will definitely take many walks around the nearby walks that have many trees that other dogs have informed me are great for marking their territory!
