Pet care experience

PLEASE GO TO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO FIND THE QUESTIONS FOR MORE INFO ABOUT YOUR PUP(S) My name is Samantha, Sam for short! I have been caring for animals for over 10 years both personal pets as well as watching others pets. I have been working with Rover since 2017 and have always been able to outshine anyone's expectations even if someone has any doubts! We always have friends here and have plenty of friends of all sizes, ages, and breeds throughout the week. I have had so many pet parents worried about their pups and I love to be that person who eases any worries they may have! I watch the dogs during the day and stream at night as well as have a 2 year old daughter I take care of which means all of my attention is on the fur kids and my daughter in my care. my daughter is the striving force for me working from home. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats that are all extremely used to other dogs and cats in the home. You can view my furry family on my profile! I do what I do because I ADORE animals especially dogs. They have a special place in my heart that just overthrows everything. The patience I have gotten from working with animals and children shines through in my everyday life as a doggy daycare owner. I am also able to help if you are having any type of issues with your babies. I have worked closely with those that have social anxiety and/or seperation anxiety. All issues can be addressed and I can help find the best ways to help them adjust and cope. Alot of the times these issues go away with the proper attention and training! I used to work at Petco so I have a lot of useful information from best grooming items, food information, training tips and tricks, and much more. I have a little bit of veterinary information that I learned from a college course. I classify myself as a behaviorist as I help parents with behavior problems, identify issues, and help the pups ease out of unwanted behaviors. There isn't anything that can stop me in showing your pet that they are an all star and deserve all the love in the world. I have helped pet parents with training their dogs, getting cats and dogs use to baths and nail trims, teaching people what a little bit more patience can do for a nervous pup, and I have even been able to handle the most aggressive of dogs accordingly. There are so many unique and spunky dogs out there and I love discovering all of them! I promise, when you book a sitting, walk, doggy daycare, or any other service with me, you will not be anything less then satisfied and overjoyed! I will make sure you have plenty of pictures of your pup and keep you updated if they are staying over for longer periods of time. I am the happiest when I am surrounded by animals. No matter the species. There is no dog too big nor too small for me! I am currently home ALL the time so your pet will get all the attention they could possibly desire! My husband, my brother, and my aunt also help with the dogs that I board and take care of! So if you meet them, don't be alarmed! We go outside to play and potty every hour and spend AT LEAST 15 minutes up to 2 hours (depending on how they are feeling and how the weather is) outside. I know no dog prefers being cooped up inside. We have an infinite number of toys that they get to take outside/bring inside. We crate for meals and if we have to leave the house. We let them roam freely inside and out but we do have baby gates and of course doors to seperate rooms as needed. We feed pups twice a day but you can send special instructions for when they need to be fed. I have a large fenced in yard dogs are free to roam. The fence has one area that is really low but we are working on trying to get that fixed when we can afford to do so. Inflation has hurt us terribly. We work hard to strive for the best care so all of our personal pets and others that circulate through have to be vetted and spayed/neutered (unless under the age of 1) We work to keep every pup happy and healthy by restrictions to play if getting easily frustrated and working with them to set boundaries with the others for constructive social skills.

Sam is truly great and amazing with animals! It’s really hard for me to feel comfortable with someone else watching my pups but we quickly felt at ease with Sam. She’s kind, seems to read doggy minds, fast to respond, and frequent with updates.❤️?

Information Samantha N. would like to know about your pet

Here are a couple of important questions to answer when finding a good sitter! ^Are they spayed/neutered? (This helps me plan who will be here during their stay!) ^Are they house trained? (Gives me insight on any training we will be working on) ^How much and how often does your pet eat, go outside, and go to the bathroom? ^How do you normally deal with good and bad behavior? ^What is the pet's behavior like on a walk? Are they considered a "runner"? (We usually play in my yard as I have a little over an acre but sometimes we may take a walk or adventure) ^What are their favorite toys and games to play? Favorite treats or snacks? (We will have plenty to play with and treats) ^What should I do incase of a medical emergency or if they get out when they are not suppose to be out? ^Is there anything your pet is scared of or reacts to? Any behaviors I should know about? ^Is your pup crate trained? Do they have separation anxiety? Do they get anxious easily? ^Are they food/toy aggressive? ^How do they react to other dogs/cats/outdoor animals (e.g. squirrels) ^Any special needs? Such as special diet, daily or weekly medications, allergies, daily brushings, etc. ^Is there anything you would like me to know about your pet that isn't already asked? I do not have breed preferences. However, I would love to know the other animals, people, and age ranges your pet has grown up around or does well/not well with so it can help me improve their stay. EVERY dog is different and there is no such thing as a bad dog.
