Dogs have been a part of my life since birth. My family adopts rescue dogs so I have experience caring for a variety of breeds and ages. I have been dog sitting for other fur babies for over 10 years and feel confident in my abilities to bond and care for all the different needs for your pet.

My Aussie stayed with Samantha for a long weekend. She took her for many walks and hikes so my dog had a great time. Samantha agreed to a meet’n’greet beforehand which was perfect to get to know her and made me comfortable that she’ll take good care of my fur baby. She was also flexible with the drop off time last minute when our travel plans changed. Definitely recommend her services!!
Samantha was Excellent! She stayed at my home the entire time and took Care of my German Shepherd and Scotty. It’s always a good sign when they’re happy when you come home. She took them for long walks water our plants brought in our mail and our garbage cans. The house was left very clean as if she was never here! I would definitely recommend her!

Samantha was wonderful with our older Chihuahuas. Bandit (9.5 yrs) took to her right away which is a surprise to us because he tends to be the more reserved of our two. She showed compassion & concern for both dogs & was very good meeting the needs of our almost 16 yr old Chachi as well. We will definitely contact her again when we are on vacation in her area to provide drop-in visits while we play golf.

The house I live at has a fenced in backyard so your dog can chill outside in the sunshine or tomorrow around in the snow during the day. I also live a block from a nice dog park and walking area so getting out for daily, quality walks are a breeze.

How far is the dog used to walking? Are they comfortable with bikes? What are your dogs likes and dislikes? Any specific commands you use with your dog that you'd like for me to use? Can they have treats? If so, are there specific kinds that you allow/ don't allow?
A typical day
I love to spend as much time as possible with your dog so depending on their preference, we will go to dog parks, play fetch and other games, go on many walks and bike rides and go for dips in the river or nearby lakes! My goal is for them to be tired, happy pups by the end of each day.

Availability
I'm currently working for an upcoming physical therapy clinic as a start up and have quite a bit of flexibility to care for your pup throughout the day. That may change as we start to grow the business but for now, I’m available. I am a very active person and would love to take your dog with me to exercise whether that be a walk, xc ski, hike or a bike ride :)
