Pet care experience
My top priority is to care after your pet babies as if they were my own! I've had years of experience caring for my own cats & dogs (1 with separation anxiety), so I understand the importance of finding a dog sitter/walker who is compassionate, responsive, and reliable. I'm originally from San Francisco, have worked as a Registered Dietitian, and, most recently, moved to D.C. with my husband to get my master's. I am out of the house 7:30am - 5:30pm (long work commute!) but my husband is home around 3pm. Along with my 2 dogs, 2 cats, and hamster, I have a whole bunch of houseplants (so I'd be open to watching your exotic pets/ plants too!) I sincerely hope I get to meet you and your pets soon!

Another great stay with Samantha! We really appreciated her being able to check in on our kitties on a holiday. She always makes sure to give them lots of love and attention while we are away. She sent great photos and texts so we always knew what was going on while we were gone. Cats seemed to have a blast and everything was perfect! Thank you so much, Samantha!
Samantha did an excellent job checking in on our kitties while we were away. She took great care of all of their needs (food, water, litter, playtime), sent picture updates and even gave our cats a report card! I don’t think the cats even missed us! Would definitely rebook ?

I'd love to take your dog on leisurely walks around your neighborhood (at your dog's pace with lots of time to sniff!). Other fun activities would include: playtime with their favorite squeaky toy/ ball, jogging with my husband (if they like to run) & snuggles on the couch (if they're allowed on furniture.)
