About Me: Hello! I am a 25 year old law school student, who loves dogs! I grew up in the KC area and am the oldest of 4 girls. So I am very responsible and organized! I graduated from the University of Kansas with a business degree (Rock Chalk!). Law school makes it difficult to hold a full-time job, so I am looking for pet sitting and house sitting jobs. I have tons of experience caring for pets and grew up with a dog of my own, a yellow lab named Beau. Currently, I have a 1 year-old puppy named Milo! We have a membership at BarK and a local KC dog park. So I am happy to bring your pups along to play with my Milo at the park or on walks! Why hire me?: Dog boarding, doggy daycare, and other professional pet services are expensive, crowded, and can cause you and your dog stress. They also don't provide one-on-one care for your pet like I can. Instead of worrying about putting your pet in a crowded and pricey dog boarding kennel consider my services. I can provide your pet with care in the comfort of the dog's own environment. You won't have to worry about your dog getting along with other dogs or being properly cared for in an overcrowded kennel. For drop-in visits and house sitting your dog would get to stay in the environment they are familiar with and receive the sole attention of myself. I have experience giving oral and injection medication to older dogs. I know where all the good dog parks are and my apartment has a dog park. For dog-boarding I would prefer one dog at a time, shorter stays preferred, and dogs that are a bit smaller and quieter as I live in an apartment. (traveling further for jobs may require compensation for time and gas spent, but I am happy to talk about that). Rover is a great way to save on pet care costs without sacrificing quality.
