We are a first time rover user. Right from the beginning, Samantha was very helpful and patient at helping us maneuver and figure out how the website and sitter process work. First off she did a wonderful job. Our cat has a thyroid condition and Has to eat very often. So she didn’t just throw kibble in a bowl when she came to visit. Meal prep process has a lot of details along with setting up feeders to get our cat through the day before Samantha came for her next drop in visit. She also did a great job at applying our cats transdermal medication. We were very happy. She kept us very informed with great details and notes of each of her visits while we were away for the weekend. Definitely will be calling on her again if she is available. Samantha was amazing! She was quick to reply to messages when coordinating booking and flexible with our schedule for drop-off and pick-up times. She sent updates and a picture of our pup having fun. Our pup was clearly loved on the whole time and had a great stay with her. We will definitely be booking again with Samantha in the future and highly recommend everyone to do the same!
