If bringing your pet to our place: My husband and I currently have a 2 year old beagle/basset hound, Ernie, who LOVES other dogs-- they become new best friends very quickly! He is crate trained, but he typically has the whole place to himself, and he would love to share it with new friends. We let our friends up on the furniture and take them for frequent walks. We also have a dog park near our place that our Ernie loves, and I'm sure your pup would too! Your pup would get to enjoy snuggling time with us, as well as play time with Ernie. If we visited your place: Both my husband and I are available during weekends full days, but we'd be available both before and after work during the weekdays. My husband runs, so if you've got a high-energy pup, he can take them with him!
