I’ve had pets my entire life and started taking care of pets for others at age 13. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and need levels, cats, and even tropical fish. I’ve worked with animals with various health needs as well and am adaptable based on that aspect. Successfully worked with multiple dogs on leash training

Samantha did a wonderful job taking care of my dog Cooper!! He was not easy, as he was a little sick the day I left. He had a few accidents in the house as well as chewed up some furniture - lots of extra things she had clean up and deal with. I’m thankful she took such good care of him. I came home to a happy and healthy dog ?

A typical day
When I check on a dog I will typically spend some time playing with them to get some energy out. Whether they like tug of war, or some form of catch, to lots of pets and scratches I make sure my attention is on them. I will look up any parks to walk to and (if temperament and owners allow) socialize.

I am currently a stay at home spouse/mom so my schedule is fairly open. I try to be home for dinner with my husband around 5.
