Samantha is incredibly sweet and caring, she has fair rates and is punctual giving each animal great one on one time and attention. The loss of stars comes from the fact she does not handle stressful situations well and was unwilling to answer all of our questions after an unfortunate incident. She did not follow direct and thorough instructions to keep dogs seperate at all times no matter what, both verbally and in writing, even after being informed of the reasoning. She also does not have liabiloty insurance as an independent contractor. She left the house with my dogs still bleeding, and couldn't even tell me what really happened or if they were okay. She let my dogs go outside, in the middle of the night, during a thunderstorm. I am incredibly grateful both her and my pets will make a full recovery. I hope nothing but the best for her but would not recommend her to anyone with complex animals or more than a single pet in the home. Our entire situation could have been handled much better than it was.

Sam is my go to girl for my fur babies. Huskies are not easy, but Sam is that special breed of hooman you need for them. :) She has watched out dogs several times and always does an amazing job with not only the necessities, but also loving them unconditionally. Thank you for being a rock star!!!
