Availability
At this time, I am working another part-time job as a behavior technician Monday through Friday, with the time usually being from 4:30 to 7:00pm. Occasionally, however, I am asked to come in at either 9:00am or 10:00am until about 12:00pm or 1:00pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, I am available during afternoons and evenings, though prior arrangements in advance can be made for a morning walk or visit! I will update my schedule as soon as anything changes. If you have any questions regarding my schedule for a particular day or week, please don’t hesitate to message me!

This is for the safety and security of all parties involved. When out on a walk, I will make sure your friend is kept safe and away from hazards or things they may be uncomfortable with. When dropping in for a visit, I will make sure their needs are met and everything is secured for their safety. They would never be left unsupervised, and they'll get lots of love and playtime! I will gladly send photos and text updates upon request. Please do let me know your communication frequency preferences, so I don't accidentally disturb you with messages!

Before booking a service, I recommend a meet & greet first. This way we can be familiarized with one another, and we can determine if your dog and I are a good match. It is not required, but I'd like to make sure everyone will be comfortable with the arrangement. If possible, please provide your pup's care instructions so I have a clear understanding of your expectations, and can make sure their needs are properly met. It will also help to know any of the following: -What is their eating routine? How much food do they get per meal? -Do they have any allergies or health issues? -Are they allowed on furniture? -Are they allowed treats? -What are their favorite activities or toys? How do they like to spend their time? -What is their energy level? -Do they get worried or anxious when alone? -Do they have any fears? For example: fireworks, thunderstorms, cars, or bikes. -How do they get along with other pets or people? -What commands/cues do they respond to, if any? -Are they crated or kept in a certain room when no one is home? -Is there a favorite place they like to go for walks? Are there any places you'd like us to avoid? -Do they like to pull on their leash? Please let me know of any special needs, routines, or even behaviors I can account for, in order to help your friend feel comfortable and safe in my care.
A typical day
We'll have a lot of fun together! From leisurely walks to visiting places such as a local park, or playing fetch, a puzzle game or even just playing with squeaky toys or a tug rope. Depending on what your dog normally likes to do, I'll be happy to share those activities with them, or take them on a new adventure!

Hi there, my name is Sami! I've lived with dogs my whole life, big and small - some of which include a Golden Retriever, a Yorkie, and a Maltese. My sister occasionally comes over with her Goldendoodle, and I love spending time with my aunt's Bernese Mountain Dogs when I can visit them. I plan to adopt my own dog later in the future, and perhaps enroll them as a therapy dog to bring comfort to others. I've watched both my sister's and parents' dogs while they are away for the day, and I have some experience in caring for them when they were puppies. I used to walk my parents' dogs in the past, as well. I enjoy interacting with dogs as a whole, and I put their safety and comfort first. I'm an introvert who lives a quiet lifestyle, but I also love to have fun, so if your furry friend needs someone to hang out with while you're away, I'll be there for them! NOTE: Though I adore cats, I am unfortunately allergic and therefore cannot interact with them directly if you have any in your home. I can still feed or play with them via a cat teaser or laser pointer, but I cannot pet them or pick them up. :(
