I love spending time with pups, whether getting in a good walk, or snuggling up on the couch. My husband and I are transplants originally from Southern Indiana. We moved to Charlotte from South Florida. While living in S. Florida, we found Winnie, our rescued dachshund mix. I have always had a love for animals and have experience sitting small breeds like yorkies and min pins to large breeds like husky, labs and goldens. I am currently available for overnights and daytime sitting. I am also available for dog walking. I am flexible and happy to discuss setting up a weekly walk / sitting schedule, or as needed for travel.

I have a nice sized back yard for supervised play. I live close to a nice park and newly opened dog park. I have multiple sized crates to lower the items you would need to pack for overnights. I do my best to keep your pup on their regular schedule. Most importantly, I will adjust my care to what your pup needs.

I love to hear what you love most about your pups personality. Winnie is getting older and showing her age more. Please be prepared for a meet and greet. Ava is a very active medium sized breed. She likes to wrestle and run as her play style. I would like to be prepared if your pup hasn’t been around other dogs or has had a bad experience with other dogs so I can introduce appropriately.
A typical day
I am most familiar with Plaza Midwood. We have great sidewalks for safe walks. We are very close to Midwood park. I have a nice sized backyard that we can hang out in(supervised). Snuggles are always welcome.
