Sometimes, I just think that dogs are really just more perfect humans! They’re always there for us when we need them, and they have so much love in their hearts. That’s also why I think that they deserve the same quality of care that we need, and I believe that it’s my duty to provide it to them. Working with dogs has been more than a vocation, but instead a passion. Although I’ve been a lifelong dog lover, my experience doesn’t just end there! I began working with pups as a volunteer at shelters for many years. There, I learned so much about taking care of pups that needed patience and tenderness to adjust to new environments, as well as great lessons about the foundations of animal care. After that, I actually ran my own dog training business for multiple years! There, I helped train rescue dogs for shelters and clients in my community. I loved every minute of it. Now, I’m excited to expand my business here and bring as much puppy happiness into the world as possible! When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all. Lastly, I am a huge believer in providing excellent customer service at all times. That begins before I take your pup under my wing! I like to get as much information about your pup and your care expectations as possible, so I can start thinking how best to design a stay. Once I’m with your pup, I’ll do everything I can to make your pup as happy as can be! I believe in the golden rule of dog sitting, which is that I’ll treat your pooch exactly as if they were my own, which means going above and beyond for them at all times! Likewise, your pup won’t be my only priority, as securing your house and keeping it clean is all in a day’s work as well.
