Having grown up with dogs throughout my entire childhood, the moment I was an adult on my own, I adopted Oscar. He was my true and loyal companion for almost 16 years. After he passed, it was difficult to think about getting another dog, but I craved the great energy that only a loving dog can give. At this point I inadvertently became dog walker and dog sitter to my friend's, family and neighbor's dogs. Having taken care of many different breeds, sizes, shapes and temperaments, I have learned so much about our trusted companions. . It is so important for a dog sitter/walker to develop a trusting, loving relationship relationship with a dog as well as their owner, because at the end of the day, our pets are our family. I understand that our animals need to get plenty of exercise, proper diet, and most importantly constant love and affection.
