Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Sam! Animals are my life! I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering at Pet Helpers on James Island over the years. My boyfriend of 9 years, Colin and I, have 2 dogs of our own; Sully - Lab mix and Goose-Border collie/Australian Shepherd mix who we adore! I love training, exercising and playing with them every day and they push me to be the best I can be. While I am not cuddling animals I am working as a Banquet Supervisor at The Loutrel. While I do not have a yard, I am lucky to have a huge dog park in my apartment neighborhood that is within a 2 minute walk from my apartment. As well as plenty of space for a fun and safe walk!

Samantha was WONDERFUL with Scout. I felt so at ease leaving our fur baby with her for two nights - Scout was well taken care of and we often received photos of her happy as a clam :)

Samantha was really amazing and attentive with our new Puppy. Bailey immediately connected with her and loves to play with her. She was responsive and took pictures and videos of the walk. I would highly recommend Samantha with your dog!

No breed or size preference! Just like to make sure they get along with my two pups if staying with us. But I like to know about any ticks or unique habits that could affect the pet or myself. As well as any allergies or restrictions!
A typical day
We have a pond in my neighborhood to walk around, as well as a huge fenced in dog park! Free run of the apartment and furniture!

Availability
I currently work full time but have Sunday, Mondays and Tuesday morning available for boarding. During my work days I don’t work until 2pm and have plenty of time all morning and early afternoon to care for animals.
