Samantha's communication prior to the booking was quick and friendly. However, she did not complete the 30-minute bookings that she accepted, and I’m highly concerned about her honesty. She did show up to the house each day that she was booked. According to her own Rover visit cards, though, she left early all four visits — loggings visits as short as only 10 minutes. Our home monitoring system shows that on Christmas Day, she was actually inside our home for less than 2 minutes. Two minutes would not be enough time to complete even basic care for a pet — like changing water or scooping the litter box — let alone providing any social time. Prior to booking Samantha, we had explained that our No. 1 priority was that our cat gets interaction and social time. She agreed and accepted the booking. It's incredibly upsetting to see our cat was not provided with the care we hired for.
