As an experienced and reliable and compassionate dog (and cat) sitter, I am here to provide the best care for your pets and home. I offer personalized care and attention, including walks, playtime, and lots of cuddles. Your dog will feel right at home with me, and you can enjoy your time away knowing your pup(s) are happy and well taken care of. I love direct communication, and appreciate feedback, especially when it can help me grow professionally or personally. I am an open book, so if you have any questions please let me know! Samantha is wonderful! She was communicative and reliable leading up to her stay at our house. During the stay, she really worked to understand our dog (and her quirks) and make sure it was a great experience. We really appreciated the level of communication while she was staying in our house: sharing pictures/updates and asking necessary questions, but not overwhelming us. She was also very conscientious about our house and accommodating (for example, she took our dog to her house during our regularly scheduled house cleaning). We would definitely recommend her and hope she will be willing to stay with our dog again in the future!
Samantha boarded my boy Zambo at her home with a big fenced in yard. The perfect place for a game of fetch or just run around stretch the legs and sniff all the sniffs. Samantha asked questions to understand Zambo’s schedule and needs and how best to take care of him. We already booked our second stay I highly recommend !
Samantha is super responsive, communicative, and was so great with my reactive herding dog, Kevin. This was my first time having someone I didn't personally know dogsit, and my dog is my whole world, so I was pretty anxious. Samantha went above and beyond to put my mind at ease, from the initial meet and greet, to the many check-in photos, texts, and videos throughout her stay. The house was left neat and spotless. Would absolutely have Samantha dogsit again (and maybe I can finally take a vacation).
Sam did an awesome job dropping by to feed water and clean up after my kitties. It was really fun to receive cute little photos of their sweet faces while I was away!

I like to keep pups busy during the work week with walks, training, and playtime. My personal routine is to go walking with dogs in the morning and evening. I’m comfortable and confident taking dogs on walks and/or dog park. I like to do one or two more trips outside before bed to potty. Dinner is in early evening typically with a training session thrown in there somewhere. That being said, I’m absolutely open to adjusting my routine if needed, I understand that everyone’s lifestyles are different and I’m happy to accommodate. Just giving you a little rundown of my day as a sitter. Thank you!

I want to know their daily routine such as feeding, walking, what they get excited about! When it comes to walking, I always pay attention to my surroundings and look out for any triggers for potential shenanigans at all times. I strive to build confidence and trust with pups through positive reinforcements. Let me know if snacks aren’t allowed. I like to make walking a fun adventure! It is of the up most importance to me as a handler to make pups feel safe and cared for at all times, not only for the dog’s well-being, but also for the people putting their trust and in me to take extra special care of their furry family members while away. I love all animals, dogs, cats of all sizes, but senior dogs and larger breeds of dogs tend to be drawn to me. Puppies dig me too because I am patient, gentle handed, and I know how to be a great teacher for basic commands (and some fun ones too) using treats/toys and giving them lots of positive reinforcement. With all that said have I HUGE soft spot for senior citizen dogs ☺️ My heart melts for gray fur around the snout and sweet little glassy eyes. It’s love at first sight! Open for Summer 2023! Book with me while it’s hot ☀️

I used to have a German Shepherd and Blue Heeler that I raised from the puppy stage. I know all about clicker and treat training! I love how excited dogs get when you train them, and pups love to show off for me. Building trust and having fun with your fur babies is my forte!
