Hello! My name is Sammie, and I currently work as a dog trainer at a Petco! With my job, I have learned a lot about dog behavior. While I am unable to have a dog myself, my experience training has exposed me to a lot of different doggy quirks! I prefer to communicate through text or email. I don't like to use the phone (except in an emergency), as I have an odd schedule. While it gives me a lot of free time, I am often busy around the time most people would be able to call. I love taking pictures of animals and can guarantee that you will receive at least 10 pictures over a week of sitting. The two dogs I am most familiar with are two chihuahuas. These dogs require frequent walks - frequently 5 or more per day. As this is what I am used to, this will be my default. There will be 1 walk in the morning, 1 before bed, and 2-3 during the day (or more, as needed). I understand the importance of a dog's diet and will ask about any dietary restrictions or quirks your dog may have, such as allergies, a diet, or just an inclination to try any food left unattended. Along with myself, my boyfriend may come with me for walks, but he won't be present for quick visits or house sitting.
