I can't really say enough about Sam! We were in a pickle just before a really big trip and she got back to me right away. We didn't know what to expect as we had not used this kind of service before, but Sam was super kind and professional when we met and jumped in with the right questions to put us at ease that our dogs were in the right hands. She immediately took to my dogs and they took to her. She was super accommodating and tailored her service to what worked best for us which resulted in lots of care and love and naps and walks during the 10 days we were gone Sam sent lots of notes and pictures letting us know that everyone was happy and safe. Because we encouraged her, she brought her little puppy Bode who was a great playmate for Rainy and Tank. She also watched over our home, made friends with our neighbors and left the house cleaner than we left it (which is hard to do when dogs are involved). In short, we will always call Sam first now and will recommend her to all of our friends with dogs...we feel like she is part of our extended family and are really lucky to have discovered her. I didn't worry at all while we were gone and was able to enjoy a desperately needed vacation with limited access to service. I can't thank Sam enough for providing my doggies lot of love and care and giving us peace of mind.
