I have had dogs for most of my life and have one dog friendly pit bull named Bruno at home now. Animals have been my greatest passion since I was very little (next to art) and I am so greatful to be doing this as my full time job. My husband Jonathan also helps with boarding and doggy day care in our home and loves each dog as I do. As a very protective dog mom I know how nerve racking it can be to leave you animal in someone else’s care. I want to be able to provide you a peace of mind. If you have any special request don’t hesitate to let me know. I want to make any accommodation to make you and your pet at ease. Would like videos of your pup playing fetch? Sure thing! Our pets are our family. I live in a house with a spacious and shady fenced back yard and only have dog-safe plants in dogs reach. I am constantly dog-proofing and treat the inside and outside for pest regularly. I always have treats and dog beds around! Dogs are never left unattended together and are crated if I leave the house. I work from home so your pet(s) will get plenty of love and attention. I can care for 1-3 dogs at once depending on their size and demeanor. However I only walk small dogs together unless I have the help of my husband. I would be happy to care for your pet(s) for long stretches of time during the day and overnight up to 20 days. I can also bath your pets if needed. I can be your dogs vacation while you go on vacation! Do you like to take your pet to dog parks or human parks? I’d be happy to do this! I am a very flexible person and am readily available for getting to know your pets, their needs, and learning their daily routines and habits. I take pet safety, health, and happiness very seriously. I am PetTech certified. I completed the pet CPR, First Aid, Senior Petizen, and Dental Care class. This makes me PetSaver trained to take better care of your dog(s) as well as cats. I am also able to brush your dogs teeth if they aren’t new to it, and administer medication. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have. Your dog(s) care is my priority. * Please note that if your dog stays with me for night(s) and day(s) I will include both dog boarding and doggy day care. However doggy day care will be $10 as aposed to the regular $25. Days are counted if pick-ups are after 4pm.* *I will apply a small fee of $5 if a request is placed within 24 hours of the start of a booking for any house sitting or boarding request or for multiples of drop-ins or walks.* * If you do not accept a booking by the start of a stay I will not watch your dog.* How to book my care: 1~ Contact Paws and Relax Dog sitting with dates and basic information on your dog. I.E. Their breed, weight, and name. 2~ We will schedule a meet and greet there after. This can take up to an hour in time. I will bring questions about your dog to ensure I know what's expected of me. We can meet at your house or a dog friendly park, your choice. I will want to know your vet information. 3~ After the meet and greet I will confirm the booking through rover. You will get a text from the rover app. After I have met you and your dog further meet and greets aren't necessary. I'm excited to meet and get to know your furry baby(s).
