Sam was awesome! Our family rented a cabin in the mountains for 6 days for Christmas, but it was not pet friendly so we could not take our 2 dogs along like we usually do. I asked our previous sitter if she was available because it seemed to be the thing to do but due to it being over the holidays, she was asking $100 per night. I understand inflation and that these were undesirable times to work but we just couldn't afford that. That's when I found Sam on Rover. His prices were very reasonable and he was flexible with our meet and greet timing. He's personable and charming and hit it off with our bullies. While we were gone, he stopped in throughout the day, fed the dogs RAW with no reservations, and spent time loving on them. He followed my direction well and sent lots of pictures to ease my mind so that I didn't spend my trip worrying about the wellbeing of my pets. He even brought in our mail and packages that were delivered while we were gone and everything was neat when we returned home. I highly recommend Sam and will always contact him first when I need someone to house sit in the future. He took great care of my babies. Thankyou, Sam!!

Sam has watched my dog Walter countless times and he has always been a great sitter. He cares for animals like they are his own. I never have to worry while I am out of town because I know Sam will make my dog feel loved and will make sure all of his needs are met.
