I have been referred to as "the puppy whisperer" my whole life. I have never met a dog that didnt love me within 10 minutes of meeting. Reliable, trustworthy, and willing to meet any standards you have for your fuzzy family members. I love puppies and the outdoors (I am an eagle scout who's spent more time on a hiking trail than in my own bed). No puppy is too big or too small! At once point I owned a bernese mountain dog and a west highland terrier under the same roof! I have reliable transportation and would be willing to drive your dog to a trail/park/dog park. I am great at following instructions when they are laid out for me (any special needs can be met if provided in writing). I can also provide video updates over text or snapchat.

Sam is a fantastic dog owner who is good with both large and small dogs. He has been a great help taking care of both my dachshund and dalmation. He has a way with dogs where they are best friends instantly. With his own dog, he has been a great trainer and disciplinarian while also cultivating a loving and fun relationship with his puppy. I cannot recommend him enough!
Sam is the typer of person who, within minutes of meeting a dog, will have them as excited as they can get. Having seen Sam with three of his family dogs, and one of his own, he immediately establishes a connection with the dogs. He loves them unconditionally, knows how to correct bad behavior without any use of force or deviating from his consistant high level of care, and is able to be seen as the head of a pack due to his kind, but confidently leading spirit, which dogs seem apt to recognize. And in addition to all his traits related to dogs, he is a trustworthy and responsible young man. Sam would be first on my list to dogsit my pets, and I couldn't recommend him highly enough to others.
We've been using Sam as a dog sitter/walker for several years. It's clear from his interactions with our dogs that he is definitely a "doggie person". No matter how big or small the dog, Sam has the knowledge and ability to deal with situations. Very responsible and responsive.
