Pet care experience
I’m an extremely thoughtful and experienced pet care provider. I’ve worked in pet sitting, dog walking, dog boarding and training, pet supplies and nutrition and more with multiple organizations over the years. I’m extremely sensitive to the different needs and personalities of dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, frogs, and more. I’m adaptable and detail oriented to notice all the little things and adjust easily to unexpected circumstances. I have experience with high energy, high aggression animals as well as animals that need extra care and gentle handling. I’m great at following instructions, and I love to keep an open dialogue with pet parents to make sure nothing gets overlooked. I love working with pets and giving them love while you’re away.

A+ An excellent dog care provider, Sam has allowed us to be away from home for an evening or a week, knowing that our dogs were happy and safe in their familiar home environment. Much more convenient for us than the typical boarding facility, and much less stressful for the dogs. Beyond simply keeping the dogs fed, Sam takes them for walks, visits dog parks, actively plays with them, bathes them, and administers medications when necessary. We have no reservations about Sam having access to our home while we are away, and recommend her highly to anyone in need of worry-free care for their dog(s).
My girlfriend and I left our big dog / little dog combo with Sam for for a week while we went out of town, and they had a great time! I didn't leave enough food for them, so Sam went out and bought enough to get through the week. They went on long walks, trips to the dog park and hung out around the house. Both dogs love to see Sam every time they're back, so they must enjoy the stays. We haven't had a better experience anywhere else!

A typical day
I would love to take a dog for a run, walk, or to the dog park. We could go for car rides if they're up for it or out to the park. I like to go to dog events that are put on by the city or the local animal shelter. If they have toys to play with, I make an excellent playmate.

I keep my schedule updated about a month out to avoid any potential conflicts. I work part time between creative projects and have a lot of down time in between where pet care fits in perfectly.
