Pet care experience
Hi, my name is Sam! I am an registered nurse and animal lover. I've been with Rover on and off for a while now and i love it. I had an amazing upbringing some many different animal experiences - ive always had fish & turtles, raised an orphaned canadian goose, rode horses & hung out with llamas & even cared for a zebra/pony. (Ask for pictures!) Currently, i have my orange tabby, Goose, and my black german shephard, Koda. They are featured in my profile! I really enjoy spending my free time spending time with animals and helping out others. I look forward to hearing from you and I hope to meet your dogs and any other pets in the near future!

Sam is awesome! Took great care of my two cats while I was away for the week and she kept me updated with their report cards. My cat who is scared of everyone warmed up to her by the end of the week which is amazing progress for him. Sam also took the cutest pictures of them!
I can't thank Sam enough for taking care of my cat while I was away. She communicates and sends lots of pictures. It was nice to come home to a happy cat. Would definitely recommend and would definitely have her come back next time I'm away.
Sam was attentive and administered medication without issue to my cat Goldie. She sent great pictures and took great care of my Goldie. Highly recommend!

A typical day
I enjoy enriching a dog’s life, both physically and mentally, from some structured training to smelling around beach. My dog and I especially love going on hikes or people watching at the park. Our new favorite activity is bike riding. Let me know if there is anything else you would like for me to do with your pets!

Availability
Pets are family so I make time for them, no matter my work or life schedule. I recently started a new job allows me to work from home 2/3 days of the week so I am available to take care of my own animals and yours on the days that I am not in the office. Typically, I work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays with another random day thrown in there. My calender may say that a day is blocked off - most times i am only unavailable during the day but am free in the afternoon/night time. So, please, just shoot me a message regardless of what my calender says!
