Pet care experience
I believe I'd be a great pick for you and your dog because I understand how important dogs are. I've had dogs my entire life and I have a ton of energy as a 20-year old college student. I don't doubt your dog would enjoy the time they spent with me! In High School, I would sit my grandma's dog when she would go out of town. The dog had several health issues and I was administering oral drugs to the dog, usually mixed into food. I'm also close with a dog breeder, and don't doubt I could contact them in case I needed to know anything specific about the breed! I have classes throughout the day being in school, but my house is right next to campus and it would be easy for me to walk home between classes and spend some time with the dogs. I have a light course load this semester, therefore I know I would have time to spend with the dog(s) throughout the day!

Sam is a really genuine and caring guy, especially when it comes to dogs. He loves having something to take care of, and he even has someone living with him that is studying animal science and is on the Pre-Vet track. He has a good size home and a fended in back yard that would be nice for any dog. You should strongly considering Sam when you are looking for a dog sitter.
Sam is the best dog sitter we've ever had. Our babies love him. It seems no matter how long between visits they remember him. They bring him their toys to play and Sam is always happy to see them. Sam is very responsible, punctual and has been a great companion to our fur babies.

Information Sam L. would like to know about your pet
I'd like to know if a dog is potty trained, also if there is any medication I should be giving the dog and if so, mixed into a food of any preference? My breed preferences are Retriever-sized dogs, and Golden's are my favorite. My mom has 2 Shi-Tzu's and I have plenty of experience taking care of them, so I would be perfectly comfortable with those as well.
A typical day
On a stay with me, I would have intervals of 2 hours or so throughout the day I could stay with the dog! I would could home from class and take the dogs to the small park that's just around the corner from my house! We could walk down Hillsborough St and I know for a fact the college students would give the dogs plenty of attention if that's an interest of the owners! The I would like to invest in doggy toys to make the stays a little more exciting! My girlfriend also may be around, and she absolutely loves dogs. She is an Animal Science major and has Vet experience, and would be a great asset.
