Pet care experience
The hardest part about leaving my parents home in CT was leaving my 1 year old labradoodle, Luna. Before leaving I played a big role in house training her. I have been caring for pets for 4 years, most recently being for a close family friend and her 2 large black labs. One of the labs was just a 4 month old puppy so I would take him out every hour, and about 3 times during the night. I love dogs of all ages, shapes, sizes and breeds. I miss the adorable puppy cuddles, and would love to give your pup some loving while your out!

I live in an apartment with plenty of space for playing. I live with an animal-loving roommate, who would be more than happy to give your pup extra lovin. I live in a 1 story walk up, that is very close to a dog park that offers separate space for large and small dogs. I do not have any other pets in the apartment right now. Whether I am at your home, or my own, I will care for your pet like they are my own.

Let me know your dogs favorites! Activities, treats, affection level, toys, etc. Just like people - dogs have their preferences and i want to be sure I'm tending to them all. Along with their wants, it's helpful to know their needs! Are they undergoing obedience training? Allergies? Special care instructions? How are they with other animals? Places you'd prefer I avoid? - ie. dog park. The more information, the better I can care for your pup!
A typical day
Walking is my all time favorite workout so having a friend alongside me is ideal! I live in the North End so I love to walk along the water to the Seaport area. If your pup is up for an adventure - my favorite walk is the Esplanade. Additionally, I live 2 a minute walk from a great dog park - RUFF North End Dog Park - that has separate areas for large and small dogs.

Availability
I'm currently working a 5 minute commute from my apartment, giving me the ability to leave throughout the day to walk or hang out with your pup! My office is dog-friendly so they are always welcome to spend the day with me there. I normally leave work around 5PM and am free most week nights.
