Friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable. Sadie really knows her stuff when it comes to dogs. I absolutely love that she knows what is unique about each breed and the traits they all have. Prismo had such a fun time with her and he came home exhausted - which is super helpful after a long trip! Thanks Sadie!

My dog spent one night with Sadie, and the care seemed to be fine. A couple of aspects of the experience didn’t go as smoothly as I’d have liked though. At the planned drop off time, Sadie wasn’t available; she did respond within 15 minutes and the rest of the drop off and pick up experience went smoothly. There was another aspect of the booking that may be worth noting. I made a reservation on short notice and so my original booking fell within the sitter’s cancellation window. I initially booked a longer stay but, within ten minutes, modified it to a one-night stay. However, when the bill arrived, I noticed an additional $100+ charge plus an extended care fee (modified reservation was only 1 night). I reached out to Rover for clarification and was informed that the sitter could process a refund in light of the circumstances. Ultimately, however, she chose not to, stating difficulty in figuring out how to do so. Despite having been provided all the necessary steps, the sitter opted not to process the refund so the one night stay cost a total of $100+. While I recognize the sitter has the right to do this, I found the handling of this issue to be disappointing and felt that the response to my concern was not as helpful or collaborative as it could have been.
