We were extremely pleased with Sadie's care of our cats. We appreciated her attention and updates. Highly recommended.

At first, things appeared to go well for a brief moment. On the first morning of our trip, we woke up to a Rover report from Sadie, complete with pics, stating she’d spent 30 minutes taking care of the dogs with a walk and treats. However, when we later checked our Ring doorbell, we learned she’d spent only 8 minutes in total at out place and took the dogs outside for only about 4 of those minutes. Not the 30 minutes we paid for, or were claimed in the report. She’d also forgotten to latch our storm door on her way out as we’d requested. After we messaged her about the door, and the video we had of her only being there for 8 or the 30 minutes she originally claimed, things went better. She went over when she said and stayed as long as she was supposed to. We were disappointed she never stayed any longer during the next two visits to make up any of time she missed during the first visit, but our dogs were at least walked, fed, and watered. On the positive side, she was very responsive to messages from us. Overall, my wife and I were disappointed. We did a meet and greet with Sadie and thought she was going to be great. She didn’t seem like the type of person who would try to get away with staying only 8 of the 30 minutes we paid for or misrepresent what she did in a report. Luckily we had a camera doorbell so we could be made aware of what was happening, and luckily she did what she was supposed to do after we brought this to her attention. While my wife and I did appreciate her good/quick responsiveness, we don’t think a camera should be necessary to ensure we receive the services we paid for.
