Booked for a house sitting/ overnight and let sitter know hours at time of booking: 8:30am-7 pm. Sitter let us know she’d have to leave early a few weeks before the day which we approved of. Morning of, said she would come get the keys and come back, which is not what we agreed on. Came to get keys and ‘stay’ until our agreed upon time- according to our neighbors who had to check on our pup, our dog was pacing and crying most of the day. When neighbors checked on the pup no one was in the apartment even though sitter texted us she was at our home and ‘leaving soon’. I’m very disappointed- our dogs anxiety and the timeline expected was clearly outlined before I confirmed the appointment in the app. Do not recommend.

Sadie was fabulous with our pup, Ava! She was so kind and genuine during the meet and greet, had super quick communication throughout, and was punctual for her walk. Ava had a HUGE tail wag before and after-super excited to rebook!
