Hi, I’m Sadie and I love to spend my free time with animals. I worked at a doggy daycare previously so I have lots of experience and knowledge about dogs, their behavior, basic dog first aid, grooming, and basic training. I have also had pets for my whole life so I have a lot of personal experience. I started doing professional petsitting about 3 years ago for fun and fell in love with the job.

We left our beloved pets for two whole weeks with Sadie. We missed them like crazy but knew they were being taken care of and loved. It really helped us enjoy the trip knowing Sadie was there!

Sadie was excellent with communication. Honey seemed content when we arrived home. We already have a booking confirmed for the following week with Sadie and Honey will be happy to her. Thanks again Sadie! See you in about a week and a half.

When petsitting, I am always making sure the pets are taken care of before I do anything else and I always plan my own activities around the pet’s schedule. I also am very considerate about leaving the house in the state that I found it. If I have extra time, I will often do light housekeeping so you can come back to a nice clean home! I make sure to follow any specific instructions carefully so the house is ran exactly as needed. SECURITY CAMERAS: I do not mind one bit if you prefer to have cameras in/around your home! I just ask that you please let me know where they are for my own privacy as a person. Oregon law prohibits nanny cams that record video AND audio.

I like to know if a pet has any special needs, and how best to take care of them. Also their temperament, any specific schedule they have, any favorite treats or toys, and what they are not allowed to do.
A typical day
I am able and willing to go on long walks, run around in the yard, or play with a high-energy dog! If they are up for it I will try to teach them some new tricks or work to enforce already established commands.

Availability
I currently have a part-time job in addition to my petsitting. Due to this, I do not take more than one Rover client at a time. Also be aware that I will likely be gone for work some days for up to 5 hours at a time. Feel free to ask about my schedule for the days you are requesting!
