I don't have any breed preferences at all, although I am more experienced with Retrievers, Pit Bulls, Chihuahuas, Rotties and Collies. I like to meet with clients at least a day or two prior to a sit so I can get a tour of the home and a quick run through of their daily routine. This would also be the time when I ask if there are any allergies, medications, special regiments, special requirements, and/or anything else I need to know to have a successful sit. Nothing scares me away, I've had clients who need a daily injection, oral meds and required special tips to get them to come back inside. I'm very flexible and adaptable and I understand each family will be different.

I love taking my furry clients on walks in/near the surrounding neighborhood. Not only will the dog be familiar with the area, but if something should ever happen (because you have to be prepared for the unexpected) the dog will know his/her way home, or at the very least will be close by. I love a good game of fetch, tug-o-war or practicing new tricks and commands with treat incentive and positive re-enforcement. I love a good jog or speed walk as well, and nothing gets me more motivated to exercise like a furry energetic companion by my side.
