Sabrina is great! She definitely knows how to handle different types of dogs, and Baron loved his stay with her! If your pup needs more excercise throughout the day I definitely recommend Sabrina!

Horrible boarding experience, do not recommend Sabrina. There's a chance that if your dog doesn't behave perfectly, he'll be stranded because she won’t go through with her agreement and cancel midway through your vacations. I dropped my dog off Wednesday, he had some mishaps during his stay, and during the early hours of the morning he would bark in reaction to noises he heard coming from outside the apartment. The second night of his stay, Sabrina went out to dinner, and my dog's separation anxiety kicked in, he urinated on Sabrina's bed. Later that morning he again woke up to outside noises and barked, waking up Sabrina and the people in her apartment. I understand how these behaviors would be annoying and hard to handle, but if you decide to take dogs into your care, these shouldn't be completely unexpected behaviors. It's not an excuse to cancel on the people that trusted you the care for their pet. To my surprise, a couple of hours later I wake up with a text message saying, "She didn't think this was the best fit". I called her immediately, to see what could be done about the issue, but there was really nothing to do, I had to get my dog out of there. If someone has complete power over your dog, you're not really in a position to argue, because you don't want that person to mistreat your dog. After having told her I was flying back, she offers to take him to a pet hotel, but the only reason our dog is staying with her, is because we'd rather our dog have someone to care for him 1 on 1 than take him to a hotel. After talking to Rover, I find out she should've said how Rover offers to move your dog to another sitter if any issues arise. I find out about this after calling Rover to complain, but I'm only able to do this after my dog is safely in my hands, and away from the sitter who doesn't want him around. Sabrina cost me an extra flight, a couple of paid hotel nights, a full day of being in the airport and made me cut my vacations short. All of this because Sabrina wasn't professional enough to go through with her agreement. Do yourself a favor, don't risk it, find someone else.
