I've always had cats and pets such as gerbils and hamsters since very little. I assisted a mother cat give birth to her litter of kittens and rehomed some when they were old enough. I've dog sat for many friends, from St. Bernard to English setter to Yorkshire terriers. I am always learning about the positive reinforcement dog training method. I have successfully taught dogs who had no basic training how to sit,stay,laydown, wait, look at me, okay, yes, all while using treats for positive reinforcement.. I also like to work on fun training like leg weaves or other tricks like bridges or tunnels or roll over.. I am always learning new things and educating myself when it comes to dog training. I believe every dog should at the least have basic obedience, have proper leash manners and be well socialized. I have also fed and taken care of gerbils, hamsters and horses! I have done the feeding routine for horses in all seasons of weather.
