Pet care experience
Waitress living in sunny Venice with no dogs and I'm free during the day, looking to add joy to my life caring for great dogs! My taking care of your dog will enrich the dog's life as well as my own! Experience: Grew up with Golden Retrievers and mini Schnauzers, so experienced in walking and caring for large and small dogs. Owned a mini Schnauzer who was a stray that had been abused and subsequently had behavioral and trust issues, but through living with my family he learned to love and trust humans again. I'm comfortable around dogs who can be a little skittish and wary of strangers. Underneath every bad dog is just a scared dog looking to be loved!

Pablo loved staying with Sabina and Andy. Sabina clearly has a deep love for pups and is very attentive in sending pics and fun updates while I was away. I felt very comfortable leaving Pablo to join their pack while traveling. Highly recommend, great people.
Genie had another awesome stay with her buddy Sabina! She came home looking happy & healthy and like she had a great vacation!! Sabina is the best!!
This was the fourth or fifth time that my dog, Genie, stayed with Sabina. As with the previous visits, Genie was thrilled to go back to her favorite vacation home! From the moment I parked and Genie looked out the window and recognized where we were, she happily pulled me the whole way to Sabina's front door. Genie adores Sabina and I totally see why... Sabina is truly the best!! Every time Genie stays with Sabina I have been completely confident that Genie is safe, loved and having a great time!
Sabina and Andy are the best! They take good care of Oscar and are very accommodating. :)

A typical day
When dog sitting for one day or more, I aim for taking the dogs outside three to four times depending on breed. Two trips for pet "relief" and two walks, length of time walking depending on breed, age, and energy level. If the dogs are well trained and social, I love taking them off leash in the park in front of our apartment where dogs often play and socialize. It's a great place to play fetch! Dogs are allowed to sleep on the couch, or anywhere they would like in the apartment. Since I work mostly in the evenings, dogs receive lots of personalized attention during the day. Lots of cuddles and belly rubs!
