Pet care experience
I have been taking care of pets in my family since I was 9 years old! I love befriending all animals, furry and scaly. My earliest experience is from caring for my dad’s spry old laborador Jude, his chunky sweet bulldog Bella, and our family boxer Duncan. I also raised my cat Nikko for ten years, he was the best fluffy boy! Right now I have three sweet cats, and have owned reptiles as well so I know how to care for them! I’m 25 years old and graduated from Eastern Florida State College with my AA in 2018. I have three years of professional pet care in two daycare/boarding facilities. I have been professionally trained in dog behavior, temperament, and proper play. I know CPR and First Aid for both canines and felines as well as how to administer oral and injection medication. I am also looking to improve my pet grooming skills, so let me know if your furry friend needs a bath! I would love the practice.

I am comfortable in any environment and most of my bookings are in-house dog sitting! I always tidy up before I leave so you won’t have to worry about that when you get back, and I can assure you your pets will get lots of love. I make sure to keep pet parents updated daily with pictures, and know how to ease pets with all temperaments into trusting me!

Let me know if your pet needs any medications or has any special needs so I can care for them perfectly! If they have a specific walking or feeding schedule that would be great to know as well. I myself am disabled too so please try to be patient with me. I have ADHD, epilepsy (heat triggers, in Florida no less), major depression (worse than regular depression…), and I am autistic. Ways to help me help you and care for your pets the best when I am house sitting: asking what foods I would like for you to have in the house readily available. My disabilities make it difficult to care for myself (I put other responsibilities first) and if I cannot care for myself, I will not have the proper energy to care for your animals. I also do NOT do well with phone calls and prefer to text or discuss in person.
A typical day
Just like dogs do, I LOVE going for car rides. Especially with the windows down! I also enjoy long, quiet night walks (as long as the mosquitoes aren’t too bad).

Availability
I have three cats at home that I care for with my boyfriend, so daily I feed them and make sure their litter boxes are clean, and of course give them so so much love. I also have repeat Rover clients, most of which are dogs, so I regularly walk and care for several sized breeds.
