Hello! Our names are Ryan and Cayla, and we both provide care. We do both work other jobs currently. However, Ryan does most of the work due to having a more flexible job. Between the two of us we have nearly twenty years of experience with caring for pets. Your pets are in good hands with us, and we will treat them like they're our own! Ryan is a vet tech student and has worked with all breeds of dogs. He has also worked around dogs and cats with a variety of temperaments. Ryan has volunteered with shelter animals as well, so he is comfortable around pets with different backgrounds as well! While Cayla is newer to pet care, she does have experience with pets with different backgrounds and temperaments. Currently, we are providing drop ins, walks, and house sitting. Drops ins are thirty minutes to an hour, depending on your preferences and what is needed for the pets. We are willing to discuss what type of drop in is best for your pet if you are unsure! We do ask that times are flexible for all drop in visits because things happen and we can't guarantee that we'll be there at a set time. We will always try to be there thirty minutes to an hour of your preferred time, and we will communicate with you if it is longer than that. The drop in rate includes: -30-60 minutes spent with your pet (depending on the chosen length of visit) -feeding their meals/refilling water -medication administration -a short walk if you live in an apartment Dog walks are thirty minutes to an hour. During summer months, walks will be done in the early morning or evening due to the summer heat in Arizona. If your dog(s) have shoes/boots to protect their feet from the hot pavement, we can discuss another time for walks since we can provide plenty of water for them. House sitting is overnight care in your home! Due to working our other jobs, we do ask that pets can be left alone up to 8 hours per day. We will spend a few hours in the afternoon with your pets before leaving or 2-3 hours to take care of other things before spending the night with your pets! We tend to only send one update per day as we are normally quite busy with caring for your pets. We want to focus on them! You are always welcome to message and ask how things are going and we will respond as soon as we can! For all services, a meet and greet is required. One 30 minute meet and greet is complementary for dog walks and drop in visits. Any additional meet and greets will need to be scheduled as drop in visits because there will be an additional charge. For house sitting, the complementary meet and greet can be up to 60 minutes since there is a lot more to cover. We also ask that all pets are up to date on all vaccinations. We do provide constant care for house sitting, which is where we stay at your home 24 hours and we don't leave your pet unattended. Because we are unable to take on any other clients during this time, constant care is charged as an hourly rate. Constant care is $20 an hour for one pet, and each additional pet is an extra $5 an hour. We also ask that we get at least 30 days notice so one of us can take off the necessary time from work.
