There are a couple things I like to know before sitting or walking the dog, the first is how friendly your dog with other people and other dogs is. If the dog is not always friendly with other dogs then I cam adjust my walking routs accordingly to make sure there are no altercations. The second this is how often does the pet(s) need to let out to potty or if they are outside dogs if they are allowed to come in if I am in the house. And finally if the pet(s) need any medication and if so how is the easiest way to give it to your pet(s) because I know a couple proficient ways but every pet is different.

Most of the time one of our walks will just be around the neighborhood because a lot of dogs feel more comfortable when they are in familiar territory. I am also fairly athletic so if your dog is extremely hyper like my crazy yellow lab is then I could go on a run with them as well. It just all depends on the owners wishes and I always bring a water bottle incase the dog gets thirsty because it does get pretty hot in Southern California.
