More often than not that just means there is a pending request that may or may not go through. We have been Rover sitters for over a year now and absolutely love it! Our four kids (ages 7-13) have a blast helping walk and love on the many fur babies we have kept! However we do not pawn the job of caring for the pups onto our children... We have extensive experience with multiple breeds, small and large and absolutely love having new pups join our family for whatever amount of time they come to visit! My husband and I have had dogs our whole lives. We have two home based businesses, one or both of us are typically home at all times. We have kept friends and families dogs (before we joined Rover) several times over the years and love having them, both of our first jobs ever were at a boarding kennel/veterinary clinic so we could take care of and be around animals. Our baby Ranger, a lab mix 15 month old puppy is very social and loves having friends come over to play with him! We'd love to take care of your babies for you while you are away. Between the two of us, our four kiddos and Ranger, there is plenty of playtime, exercise and snuggles to go around! We are happy to text pictures and updates to you during our time with them also. Please be aware that you will need to provide a kennel for your pup during a stay with us. We do not keep them kenneled, however it is a requirement that one is provided for safety's sake in case there is a need. Better to be over prepared than out of luck in an unpredictable situation, especially considering how unpredictable we all know Texas weather can be! :) We have a splash/play pool for the pups in the backyard and they are more than welcome to sleep and nap anywhere in our home that they feel comfortable! All dogs will leave our home with a complimentary bath or conditioning treatment. We absolutely love Rover and cannot wait to host your precious pup!
