One of the worst first rover experience ever.
1.) No communication whatsoever
2.) He is not responsive
3.) I want to know how my dog is doing and just simply answer! It’s your job.
4.) Picked up my pup and he was wet and smelled like poo. He was so anxious (like he hasn’t been out for days) and was extremely hungry.
My dog Toby, I feel was in good hands. Ryan sent pics and videos of Toby playing. I looked at rover.com for my petsitting needs since I had picked up my dog from Wags, he was visibly shaking even after an entire week of boarding there. This time around, Toby was fine. I would book with Ryan again in the future if he's available.
Ryan took care of Oreo when I had to travel out of state and I couldn’t be more relieved that she was in such good hands!
