Set apart from other sitters by capability, commitment, and ability to be competitive! My dog, Houston, is already so spoiled with hikes, play time, dog parks, and training — I can do the same for you, and don’t feel the need to charge an arm and a leg for it. I’ve had dogs my entire life, and I love love love them. I am extremely familiar with dogs, dog behavior, and their general tomfoolery. I am a laid back busybody who loves to have fun with dogs and send them home tired and enriched. I work from home, so we are able to spend as much as 3 hours each day walking, playing, going to dog parks and hiking. We also have a medium size fenced in backyard! Since we are able to do so much, we would be thrilled to bring a friend along with us, and it will be no issue sending your pup home tired and happy. I am respectful of your wishes, boundaries and pet goals, and happy to discuss whatever your needs are and coordinate meet & greets. My dog Houston is extremely socialized. He’s got a great disposition, funny, goofy, confident, inquisitive, and capable of sending signals without aggression. He loves chase and tug, especially with other dogs. Will 100% nap with you or your dog if you let him. We have a fully fenced-in backyard and weather permitting they may come in and out all day as they please. We are here to make a little bit of money, help out some dog friends, and give Houston some friends to romp with throughout the day. Plain and simple! 🤗

Ryan seemed like a great fit for our dog Panzer. He took Panzer to the dog park and sent us daily updates. We did a meet and greet at the dog park and exchanged important info. However, a few days into our trip (which was over two days travel away), Ryan reported that Panzer had pawed him in an attempt to get his attention and consequently wanted us to pay for an urgent care visit. When we indicated we were unable to pay his medical bills, Ryan threatened to get Rover involved. We contacted Rover who informed us we took the correct action and did not have to pay for these possible medical expenses. Upon this news, Ryan then threatened to involve animal control and claim Panzer attacked him. Given these circumstances, mid stay, we had to find a new provider, facilitate the transition of care, and hope for the welfare of our dog all while states away in the middle of a family vacation. We hope this was a one-off situation. However, this caused our family great distress.
Ryan was very great with our dog, Tucker! He updated us throughout the day with pictures and messages about our dog, which we really appreciated. Ryan is so professional and made it very easy to trust him. He went above and beyond and ensured tucker had plenty of exercise.
Ryan was beyond awesome! He and I and our dogs had a meet and greet which certainly helped ease me. Ryan was more than accommodating in keeping up with my puppy’s schedule, took my little Major on many adventures, and he even swam in a pool for the first time. Ryan made his stay so fun that I think Major missed Ryan and Houston the first 3 days after picking him up. I appreciated Ryan keeping me in the loop daily. I will definitely be using Ryan and Houston again!
Ryan is the absolute best with any and all dogs! He is highly perceptive of each individual animal's moods and behaviors. He spends lots of time in the great outdoors, but still makes time to chill and snuggle with the dogs. He is detail oriented and always follows through; I highly recommend him as an pet caregiver.

On a typical day, we will hike for enrichment, play 1:1 for quality time, training and bond-building, and spend time at a dog park for socialization. I know all dogs are different, and we are happy to accommodate whatever their needs are, just let me know!
