Several dogs were part of my family as a child, including a rescued Labrador who doesn't take kindly to strangers. Animals seem to be drawn towards me wherever I go, but I have a special affinity with dogs; although the first family dog had a major problem with jealousy after I was born! As a teenager, I took care of a many of the dogs in my neighborhood when their owners were out of town. Tasks included all the basics, including feeding, watering, walking, and of course: lots of playtime. I saved my current puppy from a life on the street, and she and I share a special bond that I've never experienced before. When it comes to humans, I'm cordial and a clear communicator.
