I have a fenced yard for dogs to play in. Kakuna is a very friendly dog that loves chasing and wrestling around with others. If your pup is calm, quiet, or shy with other dogs, then they are probably not a good fit for our house. Kakuna loves making new friends and is always very excited to see a new dog.

A typical day
We usually do one longer walk a day, around 40-60 minutes, but the dogs get to run around the yard throughout the day. On the weekends we spend more time wandering around with the dogs, we can be out of the house for a few hours at a time. During the week we'll spend more time playing in the backyard. We try to get to dog parks at least once a week but will refrain if your dog isn't comfortable there.

We have very different work schedules which means that the dogs are rarely home alone for more than two hours, usually less than that. We normally take walks midday or in the evening, usually longer walks on weekends.
