I am happy to discuss any and all dog needs you may have. Whether it be an energetic dog that needs somebody to take them on a long run, weekend boarding, or even if you need a dog handler for an event, I'd love to chat about your pup and how I can help. I would also be happy to discuss dog training with you and what behaviors you want to reinforce/discourage in your pup. I grew up with two 70 pound boxers and have dogsitting experience with dogs of all sizes and energy needs, so I am confident with almost all dog breeds. For boarders, I always prefer a crate for your dog whenever possible, as well as toys and treats from home to help with any anxiety that your pup may experience from being away from you.

Could not recommend Ryan more! He took amazing care of our golden retriever puppy, Cody, and went way above and beyond, bringing him to our wedding during his stay. Having a 55 pound energetic puppy at a small wedding ceremony was a risky move and we were prepared for chaos, but Ryan somehow made it completely seamless. He was an expert dog handler, aside from being super friendly and personable. Throughout Cody’s stay, Ryan kept us updated regularly and sent tons of pictures. Cody looked extremely happy and worn out from all the walks and trips to the dog park. This was our first time leaving him with a dog sitter, and Ryan made us feel completely at ease. Will 100% be using Ryan in the future!
Ryan was great and took Rio on multiple walks throughout the day and provided us with updates and pictures! We would definitely recommend him to anyone!
Ryan was a fantastic dog boarder, he sent me pics from all over the place. Amos is a 90 lbs dog, and Ryan had no issue getting amos the exercise he needed and wanted. Amos is also very emotionally needy, and I never heard a complaint from Ryan. I will definitely use Ryan in the future if he is available.
Ryan was super easy and accommodating to work with. He was great at sending pics of our dog having a nice stay with him. When our pup got a little under the weather he was a great care taker for her. We certainly will look for him for future trips.

Would like to know: Dog’s ability to be alone for short bits of time (30 minutes - 1 hour). Tendency to chew on furniture, shoes, etc. Anything your dog is sensitive to or does not like, such as not liking their paws touched, scared of cars, etc. How housebroken the dog is, or if they have a tendency for accidents.
A typical day
I usually like to take pups staying with me around Navy Yard and the Capitol Hill area, as well as dog parks if your dog is well socialized. I am happy with both low and high energy dogs, and will make the exercise/playtime accordingly.
